There's no subscription math to untangle — you spend a credit when you generate, you can see your balance at the top of the dashboard, and you top up with a one-time credit pack whenever you need more. 1 Check your credit balance
Your balance sits right at the top of the dashboard as a Credits badge, with the reminder 1 credit = 1 product video beside it. The info tooltip spells out the same thing — Each video generation costs 1 credit. Purchase more credits to generate additional videos. — so you always know where you stand before you generate. New stores start with a few free credits so you can try Mia before buying anything.
2 See the cost before you generate
Whenever you select products, Mia shows the exact cost above the generate button — for example Will use 2 credits to generate 2 videos. Because it's one credit per product, the number of credits always matches the number of videos you'll get. After a generation it also tells you how many credits you have left, so there's never a surprise.
3 When you're low on credits
If you select more products than you have credits for, the cost line switches to Not enough credits — you need X but have Y. Buy more to continue, and the generate button turns into a shortcut to top up. You can't accidentally start a generation you can't cover — Mia points you to buy more first.
4 Buy more credits
Click Buy More Credits at the top of the dashboard (or the top-up shortcut when you're low) to open the credit packs. As the page explains, you purchase video credits once — no recurring charges, and larger packs come with better value. Pick a pack and your credits are added to your account immediately, ready to spend on your next generation.
5 Credits never expire
